Digital Delivery
Our products are digital downloads. No physical item is included unless specifically stated on the product page.
After successful payment, customers will normally receive:
- An order-confirmation email
- A download link or access instructions
- Immediate or near-immediate access to the purchased files
Delivery is made to the email address entered during checkout.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered automatically within a few minutes.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of:
- Payment verification
- Incorrect email information
- Email-provider filtering
- Technical maintenance
- Fraud-prevention checks
- Temporary platform interruptions
What to Check
When an access email does not arrive, please:
- Check the spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.
- Confirm that the checkout email address was correct.
- Search your inbox for the store name or order confirmation.
- Allow up to 30 minutes for processing.

Download Responsibility
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files.
We recommend saving a backup copy to a personal device or secure cloud-storage account.
File Compatibility
Most resources are supplied in PDF or another commonly used digital format. Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, storage space, and compatible software.
Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical products for digital-only purchases.
Therefore:
- No shipping fee is charged for digital-only products
- No tracking number is issued
- No physical parcel will arrive
- Shipping addresses may still appear during checkout because of platform or payment requirements
Incorrect Email Address
If you entered the wrong email address, contact us with your name, order number, correct email address, and proof of purchase.
